Removal from the State Register of Taxpayers
For removal from the State Register of taxpayers you must present application on removal from the registration to tax authority.
form 007.00 – application for removal from state registration realizing entrepreneur activity entrepreneurial activity as farming including the persons realizing an individual entrepreneurial activity, advocacy and notary activities.
Removal from the registration is performed in case of termination of an individual entrepreneur activity by tax authority within 5 days from the period of application submission.
In the event of removal from registration in connection with the change of location or place of residence application for removal from registration is filed to taxpayer’s record.
